Dr. John Cook
Veterinarian – Graduate of University of Missouri Veterinary School
Dr. John Cook was born and raised in Hot Springs, AR. He attended undergraduate school at University of Arkansas and graduated from the University of Missouri Veterinary School in 2006. He worked at Hayden Pet Medical Center from 2006 until 2013 when he purchased Kellogg Pet Medical Center. While Dr. Cook enjoys many aspects of veterinary medicine, he is especially interested in educating clients and improving your pet’s health through dentistry. When he isn’t at the clinic, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three children.
Dianna Carroll has been a technician with KPMC since 1989. She has made the Silver Valley her home since 1982 and is married with two grown children. Dianna enjoys both hiking and snowshoeing with her dog, Loki. As a young adult, she experienced life in Japan as an exchange student. Dianna enjoys animal care immensely, and has made it a lifetime career.
Katie Moore started working at KPMC as a technician in 2001. She is married to John and they have two beautiful children, Johnny and Erin. There are also multiple critters at Katie’s house. She enjoys spending time with her family, running Cozy Kids clothing charity, reading and spending time outside especially if it involves huckleberry picking. “We can judge the heart of a man by his treatment of animals.” Immanual Kant
Office Manager and Head Receptionist
Nikki Ross has been a receptionist at Kellogg Pet Medical Center since 2006. She has lived in Kellogg all of her life and is married to Rob. They have four beautiful children, Amanda, Kori, Josh and Tate, and two adorable furry family members, Hannah and Butters. She enjoys skiing, crafting, and entertaining in her free time. She also loves to watch the Seahawks and enjoys attending Spokane Chiefs hockey games. She appreciates our clients and their critters very much!
Maynard Groves has been a receptionist with KPMC since 2010. She has lived in the Silver Valley her whole life and cannot imagine living anywhere else. She enjoys spending time with family and friends camping, fishing, hunting, golfing, trap shooting and sitting in the river reading a good book. She also loves spending time with her two grandchildren and attending their various activities.
Nancy Wilson has been a groomer with Kellogg Pet Medical Center since 2013. She received her certification in Pet Grooming from the Pooch Parlor Pet Grooming School in Sandpoint, ID. Nancy grew up in Kellogg and graduated from Wallace High School.
Eva Anderson has worked for KPMC since 2015. Eva keeps our boarding patients fed, clean and happy while they are staying with us. Eva loves all animals but has a special fondness for cats. She really enjoys being out in her greenhouse and growing a variety of flowers and veggies.
Jess grew up on small ranch in South Dakota, raising horses and a menagerie of other animals. While horses and exotics are her favorite animals, she loves them all and can’t think of a better career than veterinary medicine. She lives in Kellogg with her two small children and a smaller menagerie of critters. Jess has been with KPMC since 2016 and is currently pursuing a degree in veterinary technology.
Crystal has been with KPMC since 2016. She is married to Travis and they have three amazing children. In her free time Crystal enjoys activities, hiking and reading. She has had a passion for helping animals her entire life and loves her job at KPMC.
Sam Woody has been with KPMC since 2016. Sam was born and raised in the Silver Valley. Sam grew up with a variety of animals which instilled a love for all types of animals. She also has her own pet sitting business and enjoys going for walks with her dogs.
